LHH is partnering with a dynamic organization seeking a Front Office Administrator who brings a blend of strong interpersonal skills, front office professionalism, and advanced PowerPoint presentation abilities.
Pay: $23–$24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Houston, TX 77501
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests, answering phones, and managing front desk operations.
Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional departments.
Design and produce polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level decks for meetings, briefings, and client interactions.
Translate complex content into visually engaging, branded presentations.
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Plan logistics for internal meetings, company events, and client visits.
Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in preparing regular business reports (safety, maintenance, production).
Support team members with basic SAP functions, such as generating or pulling reports.
Oversee office supply inventory and order materials as needed.
Perform general clerical duties including scanning, copying, and document preparation.
Promote and adhere to office safety standards.
Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or front office role.
Proven experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and business decks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience supporting executive or leadership teams.
IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification.
