General Ledger Accountant

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a General Ledger Accountant. As a G/L Accountant, you will play a key role in the Corporate Accounting team, supporting the month-end close process, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset reconciliations. This is a newly created role due to company growth and will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and book journal entries (intercompany, corporate cash)

• Perform account reconciliations

• Manage fixed asset group approvals

• Support audits with proper coding and documentation

• Assist with month-end close

• Collaborate with Fixed Asset and G/L team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of general ledger accounting experience

• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and reconciliations

• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus
