LHH is seeking an HRIS ANALYST for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.
Position: HRIS ANALYST
Employment Type: direct hire
Location: HYBRID SCHEDULE (Houston, TX 77002)
Compensation: $80,000-90,000 annually DOE
Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm
JOB SCOPE:
The HR Analyst supports the HR department by processing the organization's human resource information using cost-effective computer systems and applications. This position partners with HR, IT, Payroll and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on existing and new systems. The position provides support for HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
DUTIES:
1. Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to leadership based on key performance indicators including turnover and engagement.
2. Maintain, develop, and administer HR dashboard to aid HR Business Partners and Leaders in decision making.
3. BU Leader for Group Social Reporting, ensuring BU’s report is timely and accurate. Coordinates with contacts for each entity not on the ADP Vantage platform. Manage the quarterly Group Social Reporting process for the North America BU tracking employee headcount, movement, and key performance indicators. Work with auditors during GSR Audit to ensure reporting meets Group’s requirements.
4. Support system maintenance including reviews, testing and implementation of HRIS system changes and enhancements in conjunction with the Applications Management Advisor.
5. Maintain HRMS system data and tables within ADP Vantage HCM ensuring the highest possible quality of data.
6. Maintain job, department, and functional reporting changes within the system.
7. Responsible for producing existing and custom reports including EEO-1, AAP, and other compliance related reports in support of Human Resources reporting requirements. Escalating complex issues to the Applications Management Advisor to bring issues to resolution.
8. Takes lead on mass data load/update projects such as mergers and acquisitions and employee data change load, which includes data bridges, analysis of data, ensuring templates complete, and communicating with various contacts to obtain necessary data.
9. Assist the Senior Benefits Analyst with maintenance and creation of vendor electronic eligibility files.
10. Troubleshoot Vantage system related issues working with internal departments and third parties, recommends solutions in conjunction with ADP and implements at the direction of leadership.
11. Provisions access to ADP Vantage upon approval from leadership.
12. Carries out other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or related discipline REQUIRED
• ADP experience preferred
• Minimum 4-5 years’ HR/HRIS experience required
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
