Investment Analysis
LHH is seeking a Investment Analysis for a client in Central Houston. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of investment analysis and a passion for the commercial real estate industry. The successful candidate will support project managers and the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Schedule: Onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the management of the firm's current portfolio and evaluate new opportunities.
Provide analytical and research assistance to the acquisitions and development team.
Consistently monitor supply and demand metrics, identifying and explaining key trends and patterns.
Develop investment presentations and pitch materials for fundraising and quarterly asset updates.
Produce quarterly market reports, competitive analyses, market surveys, land/amenity maps, and lease abstracts.
Use data science predictive algorithm platform to generate research-driven statistics to support or challenge potential investment targets.
Assist in leasing or selling within portfolio.
Update and maintain customer contact database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required Finance or related.
Experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
Ability to excel with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of relational databases and computer science is a plus.
Must obtain a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license within the first three months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in ARGUS is a plus.
Strong time-management skills.
Compensation: starting at $75,000
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
