We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a leading law firm based in downtown Houston. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters alongside a collaborative team of attorneys. Annual Salary Range: $71,000 - $107,000

Responsibilities:
Support litigation matters from inception through trial, including on-site trial support
Draft discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, motions, declarations, and more
Manage electronic case files and perform legal/factual cite checking
Conduct litigation history and expert witness research
Handle e-filing in Texas State & Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Court, and more
Coordinate with vendors and assist attorneys in hearings, depositions, and trials
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary and/or Paralegal
AM Law firm background with commercial litigation and trial experience
Deep understanding of the full litigation lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent law firm experience
Proficiency in tools like iManage, Relativity, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and trial presentation software (OnCue, Trial Director, etc.)
Familiarity with Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
