We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a leading law firm based in downtown Houston. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters alongside a collaborative team of attorneys. Responsibilities:

• Support litigation matters from inception through trial, including on-site trial support

• Draft discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, motions, declarations, and more

• Manage electronic case files and perform legal/factual cite checking

• Conduct litigation history and expert witness research

• Handle e-filing in Texas State & Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Court, and more

• Coordinate with vendors and assist attorneys in hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary and/or Paralegal

• AM Law firm background with commercial litigation and trial experience

• Deep understanding of the full litigation lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent law firm experience

• Proficiency in tools like iManage, Relativity, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and trial presentation software (OnCue, Trial Director, etc.)

• Familiarity with Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
