LHH is seeking an OFFICE SERVICES COORDINATOR for a contract-to-hire position in Houston, TX.
Position: OFFICE SERVICES COORDINATOR
Employment Type: contract-to-hire
Location: 100% onsite (Houston, TX 77093)
Compensation: $22-25/hr DOE
Work Schedule: M-F, 7 am-3 pm
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Assist manager with clerical tasks, typing documents, copying forms, filing, etc.
Cut PO’s for incoming tickets
Heavy data entry,
Scheduling
Handling all paperwork, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST be able to lift at least 65lbs, occasionally will have to take something to the yard
MUST have a valid drivers license to run errands for the office when needed
MUST be tech savvy with knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
Ideal background in construction in general and being around environment
Experience as office support Admin, Operations, Customer Service, etc.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
