LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support a respected law firm in Houston by providing high-quality litigation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, conduct research, manage case files, and ensure adherence to legal procedures and deadlines.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $60,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for case preparation
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Maintain and update case files, databases, and legal libraries
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and document production
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and court deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm setting
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Must be willing to work fully onsite
