LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support a respected law firm in Houston by providing high-quality litigation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, conduct research, manage case files, and ensure adherence to legal procedures and deadlines.

Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $60,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for case preparation
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials
  • Maintain and update case files, databases, and legal libraries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and document production
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and court deadlines
  • Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and court personnel

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm setting
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
  • Must be willing to work fully onsite
