LHH is seeking a PROPERTY COORDINATOR for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.

Position: PROPERTY COORDINATOR

Type: direct hire

Location: 100% ONSITE (77043 zip code)

Pay Range: $60,000-70,000 annually DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 9-5

SUMMARY:

The property administrator will assist the property management team and construction management with all functions of managing all product types in the Company portfolio. This position will be integral in coordinating with the tenants and vendors they serve.

DUTIES:

  • Field telephone calls

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable duties

  • Distribute and maintain Tenant Maintenance Requests

  • Assist walk-in tenants/vendors with payments and questions

  • Assist in the design, documentation, and maintain system processes

  • Send all payables to Yardi Breeze

  • Create General Service Contracts and maintain tracker – PM & Construction Management

  • Maintain Brivo system

  • Supply order, i.e., locks, smoke detectors, etc.

  • Tenant Customer service

  • Tenant Events

  • Insurance tracking – Tenant/Vendor

  • Maintain Utility Tracker

  • Distribute daily mail.

  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint

  • Knowledge or ability to learn Yardi Breeze software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

EXPERIENCE:

  • MUST have 2-3 years of Commercial Real Estate Administrative/Administrator experience

  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate acumen



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
