Senior Accountant

What You’ll Do:

• Own the month-end close process: review revenues, expenses, and balance sheet accounts; post journal entries

• Approve invoices and ensure proper GL coding and authorization

• Calculate and record clinic-level bonuses and expense allocations

• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) for assigned regions

• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (AR, prepaids, accruals, rent, intercompany, etc.)

• Analyze operational metrics like visit volume, net rate per visit, and payroll ratios

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity corporate environment (public accounting a plus)

• Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience

• Experience with partnership accounting or SOX compliance is a bonus

• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
