LHH is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.
Position: Senior Human Resources Generalist
Type: Direct Hire
Location: HYBRID (77042 zip code)
Pay Range: $90,000-100,000 annually DOE
Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs (onsite full day) & Fri (remote ½ day, 8 am-12 pm)
SUMMARY:
Seeking a highly regarded engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their small but dynamic HR team. This role has opened up due to the unexpected departure of the previous employee, Ali, leading to a restructuring of the HR department. The new hire will work closely with the HR Director, and will be instrumental in managing various HR functions to support the company's growth and development.
DUTIES:
Lead growth and development initiatives
Manage performance management processes
Develop and implement training programs
Oversee policy and procedure updates
Handle employee relations and conduct investigations
Conduct exit interviews
Serve as a backup for payroll and benefits administration
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience ideally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels and departments of employees
Experience with UKG Ready is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred (doesn't have to be in HR)
HR certifications are a plus
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
