Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

· J.D. + license to practice law in Texas.

· At least 5+ years of substantive Trusts and Estates/Fiduciary Litigation experience.

· Confident handling fiduciary litigation/probate cases from start to finish mostly on own.

· Self-governed and independent personality.

About the Role/Firm:

· Firm Type: Mid-Size.

· General Salary Range: $225,000 and up*

· Position reports to only one Boss/Partner who respects attorney's independence.

· Relevant Office: Houston.
