LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves helping with our financial records, including tracking sales and payments.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare simple financial reports.

• Handle invoices and keep track of money that our company owes or that is owed to us.

• Check that our financial records, accounts, and ledgers are correct.

• Work with our Financial Controller to keep our finance operations running smoothly.

• Help put together our yearly budgets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Good at using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Understands the basics of accounting and financial reporting.

• Good at talking to people and working in a team.

• Can work on their own and handle lots of tasks at once.

• Good at solving problems and pays attention to details.
