Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Huntington Beach

Pay: $25-29/hour

• Accurately process and assign invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, ensuring all necessary approvals align with company policies.
• Oversee purchase order-related invoices for inventory and non-inventory items, utilizing a 3-way matching process and resolving any discrepancies with appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure vendors are paid promptly by managing weekly payments, including checks, online transactions, and automated payment systems like Tipalti.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors to address payment statuses, discrepancies, and billing concerns.
• Support general accounting functions and participate in additional accounting projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with NetSuite or Tipalti preferred
