Work Environment: Call Center

Schedules Available: Weekends are REQUIRED

  • Thursday - Monday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

  • Friday - Tuesday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

  • Thursday - Monday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (with potential for increased hours)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Hyattsville, MD call center. This is a contract position with an immediate start date. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and concerns.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
