Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary)
Fully Onsite | Weekends Required | 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are looking to grow their skills in a professional call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and input information using a computerized scheduling system
Enter new customer details and update existing records
Perform data entry into spreadsheets and databases
Communicate updates and verify appointment statuses with customers
Resolve service-related concerns and escalate as needed
Prepare daily summaries and reports based on scheduled activities
Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
Schedule & Location:
Part-time hours: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Includes weekends
Fully onsite position
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior customer service experience
Computer literate with strong data entry skills
Excellent communication and listening abilities
Flexible and dependable with the ability to work assigned shifts
