Job Title: Customer Service Reservation Specialist Location: Hyattsville, MD Schedule Options:
Thursday – Monday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Friday – Tuesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Weekend work is required Compensation: $20.00- $21.00 per hour
LHH is partnering with an organization in Hyattsville, MD that is looking to hire several friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Reservation Specialists for long-term contract roles. In this position, you'll play a key role in assisting customers with reservations, answering inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, onsite role, working five days a week
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Make, modify, and cancel reservations using internal booking systems
Provide accurate information regarding services, availability, pricing, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor
Document customer interactions and transactions clearly in the system
Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
Adhere to company policies and protocols to ensure service quality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant coursework preferred
2+ year of customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with computers and reservation software
Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially on weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
