Job Title: Customer Service Reservation Specialist Location: Hyattsville, MD Schedule Options:



  • Thursday – Monday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)


  • Friday – Tuesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Weekend work is required Compensation: $20.00- $21.00 per hour


LHH is partnering with an organization in Hyattsville, MD that is looking to hire several friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Reservation Specialists for long-term contract roles. In this position, you'll play a key role in assisting customers with reservations, answering inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, onsite role, working five days a week



Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat


  • Make, modify, and cancel reservations using internal booking systems


  • Provide accurate information regarding services, availability, pricing, and policies


  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor


  • Document customer interactions and transactions clearly in the system


  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed


  • Adhere to company policies and protocols to ensure service quality



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant coursework preferred


  • 2+ year of customer service or call center experience strongly preferred


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


  • Comfortable working with computers and reservation software


  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially on weekends


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
