Responsibilities:

• Receiving invoices, coding, and allocating them to the proper department
• Data entry related to accounting
• Journal entries and running reports
• Post entries

• A degree in accounting or two years of experience required
• Experience with pivot tables and Vlook ups required

• Strong Excel skills
• Multitasking
• High level of professionalism at all time

• One year of experience is required

• Contract to hire

• $21.00 to $22.00 an hour

• Full time 40 hours a week
• 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
