LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a professional services firm looking for an AP Lead. This is a privately owned firm, is well known nationally, has consistent growth YoY, and treats their employees extraordinarily well. Ideally, this person has at least a few years’ of solid progressive AP experience at a professional firm, leading other individuals and has room for growth to management.

Responsibilities:

· Process Full Cycle Invoices

· Travel & Expense Reimbursements

· Annual 1099 Processing

· Occasionally Assist other Accounting Related Depts. When Needed

· Look Out/Implement on Opportunities for Process Improvement

· Assist with Special Transfer Requests E.g., Wire Transfers, ACH, etc.

· Prepare AP Journal Entries

Requirements:

· Bachelors in Accounting or 2+ years’ Accounts Payable Experience in Lieu

· 3+ years’ Progressive AP Experience Required

· Professional Level of Polish

· Fantastic Organizational Skills
