Administrative Assistant

LHH has partnered with an a family-owned company on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana targeting an experienced Administrative Assistant for direct hire. This role will be the primary point of contact for customers and clients and grow into an office manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Organizing and maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparing and filing documents and reports
Maintaining data
Overseeing basic bookkeeping and accounts payable
Supporting additional administrative tasks in the office
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
2-4+ years of prior administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Additional Details:
Full time, 8am - 4:30pm, onsite
Direct Hire

Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
