LHH Recruitment Solutions has a client that is looking to bring on board a Cash Application Specialist! In this position, you will work independently to post incoming revenue to the internal ERP system. You should be meticulously detail-oriented and highly efficient. The compensation for this direct hire role is between $22 and $24/hr.
Responsibilities:
Apply bank deposits, wires, and credit card batches accurately and timely
Maintain cash application spreadsheets
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Run reports for un-applied cash resolution
Initiate refunds on credit balances
Assure all monthly, weekly, and daily deadlines are met in the cash applications process
Comply with established company policies for accuracy of cash application
Assist team members and special projects
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of Cash Application experience
Working knowledge of an ERP system
Ability to thrive in high volume fast-paced environment
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time.
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm
