LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a national corporation in downtown, Indianapolis, Indiana seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst. This role will manage client relationships and a receivables portfolio ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
· Account reconciliation and identifying disputed items
· Manage client accounts, A/R balances and resolving discrepancies
· Research and resolution of unapplied cash and open credits
· Evaluate and make credit decisions
· Preparation of month-end reports
· Contacting customers pursuing collections of past-due receivables
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or other business degree
· SAP experience
· High organization, detail oriented, and work with high accuracy to maintain records and data
· Ability to negotiate and communicate with clients
