LHH has partnered with a client on the northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana targeting an experienced Customer Experience Manager. This role will oversee a team of 20-30 individuals including 2 supervisors. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in customer service or operations strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service operations, overseeing the daily operations of the department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training, support and performance evaluations

  • Manage escalated customer inquires and complaints

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with other departments including, sales and production, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas of improvements

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service lead or customer experience/operations management role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

  • CRM or ERP experience

Additional Details:

  • Full time, direct hire onsite

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
