Job Title: Dental Office Receptionist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $19-20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
- Efficiently manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the office's schedule.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
- Maintain and update patient records with attention to detail.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and dental management systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
