Director of Tax | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is currently working with a trusted client looking for a Director of Tax. This role is open due to succession planning and will have a strong tenured team. Various types of tax entities and a family office type of background will be key here.

Responsibilities:

· Supervision of tax staff

· Financial reporting

· Tax Research

· Preparing Federal returns for various entity types

· Preparing State returns

· Communicate data with other departments

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· CPA required

· 5+ years’ income tax experience

· 1+ years’ supervision experience

· Public accounting experience within income tax provision
