Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Indianapolis, IN (on-site)
What you'll be doing:
Directly supporting the COO and CEO of a global distribution company in Indianapolis, IN.
Managing and organizing calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
Coordinating and facilitating communications between internal and external stakeholders.
Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
What you'll need:
At least 4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must!
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
