LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a profitable manufacturing firm in Indy looking for an Accounting Manager. This role will be open due to an eventual retirement and will come with great training. This will be a very hands on role at a smaller firm. The ideal candidate has owned the P&L for a small firm and has JP owned company experience.

Responsibilities:

· Financial Statements

· Month/Year End

· Reconciliations

· Look Out/Implement on Opportunities for Process Improvement/Automation

· Internal Controls

· Treasury Management

· Cash Flow Projections

· Ensure JSOX Compliance

· Financial Reporting

· File Taxes

· Journal Entries

Qualifications:

· Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required

· 8+ years’ Progressive Accounting Experience Required

· Japanese Owned Company Firm Experience Preferred
