About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team.

Overview: The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the human resources function by managing administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle. This position ensures smooth HR operations and helps maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.

  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).

  • Support the administration of benefits and leave programs.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

  • Help organize training sessions, meetings, and HR events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
