Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's HR functions and support its mission of fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Overview

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position involves a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new employees.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and handle various administrative tasks related to HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.

  • Attributes: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
