As a Human Resource Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will assist with employee records management, recruitment processes, onboarding, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
Employee Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, and employment status.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
HR Policies: Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by distributing policy updates and assisting with employee communications.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollment, answering employee questions, and maintaining benefits records.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field preferred
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within an HR department required
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
