Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the vision, planning, and execution of IT solutions supporting the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team of product owners and technical professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Platform Management: Oversee delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise platforms including Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Management, SAP S/4HANA OTC, and EDI systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across the business to define priorities, influence adoption, and maximize value from technology investments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT solutions, ideally within Order-to-Cash on the order side /or Customer Service operations.
Proven expertise with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Order Management), SAP S/4HANA OTC, and EDI integrations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and external vendors in a fast-paced, global environment.
