LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping our healthcare client located in Northwest Indy. This is a contract-to-hire position and a hybrid opportunity for our client!

This role will be coding for a wide array of specialties and interested candidates must be certified. The position will also require experience with outpatient coding and will help to educate providers on best coding practices.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPC, CRC, or CCS required
• Minimum 2 years experience outpatient coding required
• Knowledge of ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can work well independently
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Can work within multiple software systems throughout the day
