LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Office Manager near downtown Indianapolis, Indiana for a long-term contract opportunity. Prior office management and/or executive administration experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage vendor accounts
Schedule, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and other departmental activities
Maintain offsite storage log, assist with digitization and electronic storage and retrieval of documents
Assist in management of facility services
Assist in maintaining staff information and educating staff on safety related issues
Qualifications
AA/AS/BA/BS or other postsecondary credential is highly preferred
5+ years’ experience in an executive administrative support role
Previous experience working in Microsoft Office Suite
Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
