LHH is seeking an Office Manager for a contract opportunity with a company in Indianapolis, IN. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. This role is crucial for maintaining a productive and positive office atmosphere, supporting the team, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries.

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized. Coordinate with building management and service providers as needed.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.

  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. Collaborate with the finance department as needed.

  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management.

    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Attributes: A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
