About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Overview: The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
