LHH is seeking a Project Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in the Greater Indianapolis Area. The organization fosters a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work together to bring life-changing products to market. In this role, you will lead strategic product development initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $80-90K per year and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development lifecycle

  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet evolving needs

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project goals

  • Facilitate workshops to gather insights and define product strategies

  • Support product testing, and performance evaluations

  • Oversee documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Track departmental budgets and report on project financials

  • Collaborate with other project managers to align on enterprise initiatives

  • Ensure timely reporting and status updates to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in management, business, engineering is required

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience is required

  • Must have the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles

  • Must have experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

  • Ideal candidates will have experience with clinical trials and product performance testing

  • Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage vendor relationships and external partnerships
