LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for a full-time indefinite contract position in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity with an organization who is seeking an experienced candidate to start immediately! The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $22 and 24. Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficiently utilize sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our internal CRM/ATS to identify and engage with potential candidates for Radiology and Surgical Tech roles.
  • Initial Candidate Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective candidates through personalized messages, emails, and calls, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Phone Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates advance in the hiring process.
  • Candidate Application Facilitation: Guide candidates through the application process, ensuring they submit necessary documentation and information, and seamlessly transition them to Talent Acquisition consultants for further evaluation.
  • Project Contribution: Contribute effectively to various projects as needed within the recruitment team, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to proactively identify potential candidates, expanding the talent pool and helping to meet recruitment targets.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently track and document all candidate interactions and connections, meeting established metrics and goals to ensure a high level of sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience/Requirements:
  • No Full Cycle Recruitment Required: This position focuses primarily on sourcing, so full-cycle recruitment experience is not necessary, making it ideal for candidates with specialized sourcing skills.
  • Prior Sourcing Experience: Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of prior sourcing experience, demonstrating the ability to identify and engage with potential candidates effectively.
  • Cold Calling Proficiency: Comfort with cold calling and phone-based candidate engagement is essential, showcasing strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is preferred, reflecting a commitment to education and a solid foundation for the role.
  • Deadline-Oriented: The role requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring timely candidate sourcing.
  • Metrics-Driven: This position places a significant emphasis on high call volume and metrics tracking, emphasizing the importance of data-driven decision-making and achieving sourcing goals.
Hours:
  • M-F 8am-5pm
  • Location: 100% remote but MUST LIVE IN INDIANA
