- Customer service
- Answer questions related to medical insurance coverage
- Review and resolve medical insurance claims
- Answer inbound calls
- Make outbound calls
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hybrid schedule
- M- F, 8-hour days
