The LHH is seeking a Sales Analyst for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in the Greater Indianapolis Area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and producing quality products for their ever-expanding customer base. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $60,000-65,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for leadership
Process and audit monthly sales figures, forecasted orders, and rebate submissions
Calculate and validate commissions for sales representatives and leadership
Prepare and distribute sales and commission reports
Maintain and update customer records in ERP system
Monitor sales activity out in the field and assign responsibilities to sales staff
Forecast future commission payments using historical data and internal models
Optimize commission processes and communicate updates to stakeholders
Audit and support annual territory and regional realignments
Resolve financial discrepancies
Generate ad hoc reports to support sales and finance teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sales analytics function
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related analytical-field is required
Minimum of 2 years of sales analytics or business analysis experience is required
Must have experience calculating and auditing complex commission structures
Must have experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
Ideal candidates will have experience with SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
Ideal candidates will have the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
