The LHH is seeking a Sales Analyst for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in the Greater Indianapolis Area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and producing quality products for their ever-expanding customer base. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $60,000-65,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for leadership
  • Process and audit monthly sales figures, forecasted orders, and rebate submissions
  • Calculate and validate commissions for sales representatives and leadership
  • Prepare and distribute sales and commission reports
  • Maintain and update customer records in ERP system
  • Monitor sales activity out in the field and assign responsibilities to sales staff
  • Forecast future commission payments using historical data and internal models
  • Optimize commission processes and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Audit and support annual territory and regional realignments
  • Resolve financial discrepancies
  • Generate ad hoc reports to support sales and finance teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sales analytics function
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related analytical-field is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales analytics or business analysis experience is required
  • Must have experience calculating and auditing complex commission structures
  • Must have experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
  • Ideal candidates will have the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
