LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted real estate client in Indianapolis looking for a Senior Accountant. This company is a privately held real estate firm in Indianapolis with solid organic growth and a is a matrixed organization. Real Estate experience will be a plus but a solid progression in GL accounting with employer longevity will be key.

Duties:

· Financial Statements

· Assistance with Month/Year End Close

· Journal Entries

· Reconciliations

· Ensure GAAP compliance

· Communicate data with other departments

· Cash Management

· Financial Reporting

· Assistance with AP & AR As Needed

· Some Fixed Assets Management

Requirements:

· 4+ years’ progressive GL accounting experience

· Bachelors in Accounting

· CPA preferred

· Public accounting experience preferred
