LHH is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in the Midwest region. Preference for candidates to reside in these areas. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, specifically with 5+ years of success in developing, managing and growing relationships with major OEMs in the manufacturing industry. The compensation is commensurate with experience and will range between $110K-$130K per year plus bonuses and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
Identify opportunities for new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
Ensure a deep understanding of clients' individual experiences to predict future problems.
Work closely with Account Managers on day-to-day to improve operational processes.
Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required
Minimum of 5+ years of account management experience within the manufacturing industry is required
Must have the ability to travel as needed (70%)
Ideal candidates will have experience with international teams and managing accounts across different areas.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
