A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Senior OT Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure Operational Technology (OT) networks that drive Industry 4.0 transformation. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring robust, high-performing network infrastructure across multiple production sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and deploy resilient wired and wireless OT network solutions to support automation and industrial connectivity.

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex OT network issues, ensuring uptime and operational reliability.

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams to integrate ICS, SCADA, IIoT, and other smart manufacturing technologies.

• Establish and enforce OT network security standards and architecture aligned with industry best practices (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years in network engineering, including at least 3 years within industrial or OT environments.

• Proven track record designing and managing OT network infrastructure in manufacturing or plant settings.

• Active CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Industrial certification (CCIE, CCNA Industrial, CISSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 preferred).

• IoT exposure is important

Salary: $130K – $145K + 15% target bonus
