LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to assist a company during a time of increased volume. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain operations. You will work closely with the supply chain team to analyze data, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and managing stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

  • Process Optimization: Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the supply chain team and management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: Previous internships or coursework in supply chain management, logistics, or data analysis is a plus, but not required.

Location

  • Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)

Assignment Length

  • 4-6 month contract (potential for extension or permanent hire)



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
