LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is currently working with a well-known large corporate chain in Indy that is in search of a Tax Manager. This is a new role for the department, that is a higher level from a recent need for a backfill. This role will lead a team of 2 within tax, will report to the Director of Tax, and will have clear career progression.
Responsibilities:
Assist with tax provisions for quarter and year end
Assist with ad-hoc projects during non-deadline times
Review sales & use tax and payroll tax filings
Review staff’ work for property and sales & use tax
Income tax return assistance
Submit workpapers to supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years’ tax experience
1+ years’ supervision experience
Public accounting experience within income tax provision
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Large ERP experience preferred
Large firm experience preferred
CPA preferred
