About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Title Analyst to join their team. This full-time role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely processing of automotive titles, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

Position Overview: The Title Analyst is responsible for ensuring automotive titles are accurately and promptly processed in the correct lending partner's name. This role involves working collaboratively with other production teams to ensure title processing is completed efficiently and within established guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, thrive in a goal-driven and fast-paced environment, and be enthusiastic about multitasking and performing various departmental functions. Professionalism and poise are essential for this in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently perfect automotive titles for lending partners.

  • Verify and audit loan and title documents for accuracy.

  • Provide consistent and timely feedback to management.

  • Effectively manage the Title Check Queue.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and meet service level agreements.

  • Handle customer outbound and inbound calls, including responding to voicemails, emails, and text messages to obtain missing documentation; ability to de-escalate situations when necessary.

  • Learn and understand state-specific title laws and requirements for perfecting liens.

  • Handle information professionally and confidentially.

  • Assist with updating internal processes to align with state titling and form/requirement changes.

  • Monitor accounts for “red flags” or potential fraud.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

  • Quick learner capable of comprehending, retaining, and implementing required policies and procedures.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong critical thinking skills for generating resolutions for escalated accounts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective listening abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience with automobile loans and/or titles processing preferred but not required.

  • Experience with quality assurance preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of banking, financial services, dealership, or real estate processing preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work overtime hours and Saturdays, as needed.

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field is a plus.

  • Dealership experience required (2+ years).

  • Titles experience required (2+ years).

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
