This role will provide remote technical assistance to end users regarding various software applications.
Responsibilities
Courteously and professionally respond to help requests received via telephone and e-mail
Provide software support and troubleshoot application issues
Assess and understand user needs to provide resolutions in a timely manner
Participate in design, improvement, and implementation of software applications
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of technology experience in a law firm or related setting
In-depth knowledge of the following applications:
Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Adobe Acrobat DC
iManage Work
ALN Forms Workflow
pdfDocs
Document comparison applications
Zoom & Microsoft Teams
Extensive knowledge and support of macro packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience providing professional and courteous customer service
Work well in a collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems preferred
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (obtain within first 12 months)
