Job Title: AR/Collections Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AR/Collections Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and collections preferably within the legal industry, along with excellent Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
Maintain and update client accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR and collections.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Utilize advanced Excel functions to manage data and generate reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in the legal industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
