LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Irvine. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity. Interested candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English.

This role will be the face of the clinic and the touchpoint of the patient experience for our client. The role will be focused on administrative duties including patient check in/out, scheduling appointments, collection of copays, and giving a warm and welcoming patient experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain healthcare experience as our client is open to a great customer service background!

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, healthcare experience desired (not required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficient working within Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Strong ability to adapt to different tasks throughout the day and prioritize as needed
• Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly and efficiently
• Able to meet production metrics as outlined by management
• Can give a great patient experience and create a welcoming environment for all
