Bilingual Patient Registration
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a bilingual Patient Registration candidate to join our healthcare client in Irvine, CA. This role is essential in ensuring that patients have a seamless registration experience, from check-in to scheduling and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Registration
Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
Communicate with patients, referral sources, and staff with compassion and professionalism
Schedule patient visits based on prescriptions, authorizations, or provider recommendations
Monitor and follow up on new referrals daily
Manage patient no-shows and follow the proper procedure for rescheduling
Process medical records requests within 48 hours
Retrieve and process mail and faxes daily
Administrative Support
Complete daily front office checklists to ensure efficient operations
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, returning voicemails promptly
Maintain and update patient electronic charts, ensuring accuracy of personal and case information
Collect and log copays/coinsurances at the time of service
Maintain organized administrative forms and records
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Previous experience in a patient-facing or administrative healthcare role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in handling multi-line phones and electronic medical records
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
