Receptionist

Customer Service & Support

The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a corporate or professional office environment, with excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting coordination

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

  • Maintain security protocols for guest sign-in and access

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role in a professional office environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volume gracefully

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Highly organized, punctual, and dependable

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
