If you have experience at a fusion clinic, this is your chance to help patients get the care they deserve while working in a fun and supportive environment!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct patient assessments and gather essential medical information

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to secure prescriptions and medical orders

• Verify insurance coverage and manage prior authorizations

• Schedule home infusion services and ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Deliver top-notch customer service to patients and their families

• Work closely with our clinical team for seamless transitions of care

What You Bring:

• High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Prior experience in a fusion clinic, healthcare, home infusion, or pharmacy services

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes
